Season Registration
2026-2027 Registration is open until August 1st, 2026.
If you have questions or would like to register at a later date, please reach out to Julie at Registrar@nwahockey.org for information. Registrations past this date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Ages
What aged players are appropriate for this program?
Players that are at least 4 years old and can successfully skate the length of the ice may regsiter.
We offer programs through High School.
Please note: any player who will turn 18 yrs of age during the course of the season will be required to complete a safe sport course before being allowed on the ice in August.
When
What time of the year does this program run?
Registration includes a full year of ice time: August - July.
"In-Season" begins August 1 and runs until March 21st. But your registration fee also includes "off-season" ice time through the end of July.
Schedule
How many games will they play? What days of the week will we practice?
Practice schedules will be posted closer to the start of the season.
Please download the Crossbar app and subscribe to the team calendar to be kept up to date.
10U - 14U Travel teams can expect to play most league games in St Louis, MO and can plan to travel there at least once per month Sept - Feb.
Jerseys
Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?
Practice Jerseys will be part of the registration fees, as made possible from donations.
Travel Jerseys will be required for some teams and will be available for purchase at a later date if needed.
Please plan for growth spurts when considering what size to purchase.
Finances
Your total amount due will cover the NWAHA charges and the fees charged by Crossbar.
Monthly payments are available.
Late Fees
If you allow your card or payment system to lapse (ex: you change banks and don't update crossbar) after 5 days of non-payment you will be charged a 10% late fee.
COMMUNICATION
Official communication from the organization will go to the email(s) used during registration.

CODE OF CONDUCT
During registration, you will be asked to agree to code of conduct for USAHockey, NWAHA, and the Jones Center. Those policies can be found here:

FUNDRAISING
Due to the continued year-over-year increase in ice time costs, we will be implementing mandatory fundraising for the 2026–2027 season.
Details: Each family will be responsible for generating $100 in net proceeds through our annual Holiday Wreath fundraiser. Families who prefer not to participate in selling wreaths may opt for a $100 buyout instead. This initiative is intended to help offset rising expenses and keep registration fees as low as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I know if my USA Hockey number is the correct year?
A: In order to continue registering you must have a current year (2026-2027) USA Hockey confirmation number, if you are unsure if yours is a 2026-2027 one, the 4th digit will be a 7.
If you do not have a confirmation number please first register at USA Hockey then return back to this page to complete registration.
Q: What is the refund schedule?
A: Refund Schedule:
September 1st: Full Refund
October 1st: 75% Refund
December 1st: 50% Refund
After December 1st refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Q: What about a discount for registering early?
A: Registration prior to June 1st will come with a $50 discount, use the code EARLY
